Dennis was engaged in ICT activities including making and selling computers, desktops, laptops and other Information and Communication Technology equipment including CCTV.

Circumstances

He was followed at his shop by two or more people who identified themselves as police. They left in his own car. His phone was switched on in Musoma district and later his car was found in Nzega district after one week. It has been 4 years since his disappearance.
