Prosiper was a house tenant in Chamazi.

Circumstances

He was abducted by people identifying as Police officers who were accompanied by TANESCO employees. The abductors said his house had a very large electricity debt and he replied that he was just a tenant and they should connect with the landlord but they refused and left with him. He has not been found to date.
