Frank Mbise

Biography

Frank Mbise was a commercial motorcycle driver and business partner of Deusdedith Soka.

Circumstances

On August 18, 2024, Frank was abducted along with Deusdedith Soka and Jacob Godwin Mlay in the Buza area. He accompanied Soka as his business partner after Soka was called to Changombe Police Station allegedly to check on a stolen motorcycle. CHADEMA said this was a trap and they were allegedly abducted by a special police task force. He has not been found to date.
