Elder Samuel was a Geita resident.

Circumstances

He was abducted in Geita region on January 27, 2023 by police officer Sgt. Hamis and taken to Muriaza-Butiama station in Mara. Relatives saw him with injuries, but when they returned he was gone and has not been seen since.
